Our Story
Everything started when two chefs from France and Korea met and introduced one another to their own food cultures and traditions. A few blinks later, the two chefs were working together as partners in a catering company offering French and Korean food. It was only a matter of time before the two partners fell in love with one another's culture and personality. One of the personality trait that they had in common was their appetite for discovering new savors, new dishes and new cultures. Their passion resulted in Joa's Sauce, a sauce company focused on introducing to people tastes from other parts of the world.
"Joa" phonetically means "happiness" in French, and "good" or "tasty" in Korean.

Our Vision
With our line of sauces, we hope to inspire people to cook with an array of different flavors and facilitate their cooking experience, while enjoying diversity. What we envision is to connect all culture through the discovery of tastes brought by our experience and encounters. We believe in bringing people together to appreciate and respect our differences around meals from diverse cultures.
